Nobbs Sauce was created in January of 2017 out of necessity; a hot sauce addiction. The owner, Lindsay St. Pierre, was using so much hot sauce on her food (we'll leave out the brand name, but let's just say "she put that s*** on everything") and soon developed some serious heart burn issues. After reading the label and realizing the huge amounts of xanthan gum she was ingesting, she knew a change needed to happen.
So just like that, Nobbs Sauce was born. Well technically, St. Pierre Sauce was started, but her maiden name, Nobbs, had a better ring to it.
Unlike other hot sauces sold at your local grocery stores, Nobbs Sauce doesn't use any preservatives and all the ingredients are natural. Every pepper is roasted before being blended, bringing out the true richness of the already flavorful plant.
Not only do we love to help our customers make healthier choices, but we also want to give back to our community. We found an organization that stands for everything we believe in: Operation Delta Dog.
